Everything is rented in Laveen
April 14, 2008
Our listing that we had at 5330 W Maldonado in Laveen is rented. In fact, we had 3 homes on Maldonado for rent in Laveen, and in the last 3 weeks, we’ve rented all of them. We’ve noticed that there is a fair amount of demand, with limited inventory for homes for rent in Laveen. As well, homes are renting for a bit higher than you’d expect, with rental rates quite close to North Phoenix.
Welcome to the Scottsdale and Phoenix Homes For Sale Blog
March 17, 2008
Welcome to my blog about Scottsdale and Phoenix Homes For Sale. If you haven’t done so, I invite you to read the About page. There’s a quick blurb about the purpose of this blog, followed by a long, boring, probably useless bit of drivel about me, Steve Belt. If you check out the About page, be sure not to skip over the long boring drivel.
Whatever your motivation for visiting my site, I hope that your visit isn’t wasted. If you do find that there was something you had expected to find, but didn’t please leave a comment. Most of the pages have commenting enabled. If you don’t want to leave a public comment, but want to get a message to me, consider using the Contact page. As well, although I loathe the spam I receive, my email address is easily found by clicking on my name in the byline of any blog post.
Finally, there’s a small chance you don’t know what a blog is. Blog is short for weblog, which is a form of website that acts a bit like a diary or log, visible on the web. The author writes a post about whatever she or he feels like, and then anyone can read it. The next day or hour or week, the author writes again, and we typically see the latest post at the top. That’s all fine and dandy, but the really cool thing about blogs, is the ability to comment. This gives the reader a chance to interact with the author. To engage in a discussion. To ask a follow-up question. Whatever is on the reader’s mind, can now be read by the author. It’s interactive. It’s web 2.0.
There’s a really good chance that if you have a question, someone else has the same question. That’s why I highly encourage you to comment. If I missed something important, let me know. Or if you liked what I wrote, but want to see more, let me know that too. By commenting, it helps me tailor updates to be what you want them to be.
One other handy feature of this blog, is the ability to subscribe. By subscribing, you’ll get every post sent to you, as they happen, so you don’t have to bother with coming here to see what’s new. The new things come right to you. What could be better? The posts could come with an english muffin, I suppose. Even better, an english muffin with butter and jam. However, I think Geico has the market cornered on virtual english muffins with butter and jam, so for now, the plain post will have to suffice.
